DIGITAL INNOVATION REPORT 2019
The Digital Innovation in Healthcare research was conducted by Censuswide on behalf of Computacenter. The findings are based on interviews with 101 IT decision-makers in the healthcare sector in the UK, which took place during December 2018.
Public had asked for faster IT systems in order to ensure their practices run efficiently, with a quarter saying the public wanted easier to use IT systems in order to ensure their practices run efficiently.
Respondents said enabling staff to succeed is what success looks like to their trust and over a third (36%) of respondents’ staff are asking for faster IT systems to ensure their practices run efficiently, with just over 3 in 10 respondents (31%) saying staff are asking for easier to use IT system.
